Once an assignment has been submitted there is no changing the submission.  The student can re-submit the assignment with the correct file and it will show as the most recent submission, but an incorrect submission cannot be changed or deleted.

Does this also apply to work under the Quizzes format? 

Somehow a student did work under another student account and not their own.

Hi Robbie - Thanks! I voted for the new function. Sometimes students submit to the wrong assignment. It is nice to be able to delete it and have them resubmit to correct assignment to avoid confusion. David
