[ARCHIVED] How can I enroll students on their request manually?

Hi All,

I need to implement some avanced procedure of 'students to course' enrollment.

For instance - I need to get a user email and connect with the user to provide a welcome interview to clarify user intentions and only after the interview enroll a student to a course manually(!) based on his/her email.

I am confused a bit how to get user email to start communication with. May be the best option is 'join to course' button (on pressing of what I could get the email) but I couldn't find the way how I can create it in canvas.

Another way is to create a survey on the home page where a user can submit an email to a survey form.

Probably there can be another option in canvas but I couldn't find what would suit my task.
