I have a module that will not open and I'm getting behind in my class due to this. How can I access this module or open it myself?

Hi  @jaydenmonteith  Thank You for your question.

This could be because of a couple of things:

1. perhaps you need to complete some prerequisites before moving to the next module. Your instructor might have set this up. If you think you have completed everything then contact your instructor.
2. perhaps your instructor has not published the module. If that is the case then again you will need to contact them.
