[ARCHIVED] Houghton Mifflin Harcourt/Holt McDougal Online LTI?

We have a couple of courses we have been using through Holt McDougal Online. We were using straight page links to the courses in the module pages. This method worked for several years but just now we are being denied permission to view these pages.

Is there an Canvas LTI for Holt McDougal Online and/or Houghton Mifflin Harcourt to integrate into these courses? We have students right now who have lost access to these courses, so I need to come up with a solution fast! Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
