[ARCHIVED] Grades removed from Canvas after syncing

When syncing my test grade to Powerschool, the grades went successfully to Powerschool but are now missing in Canvas! How can I prevent grades from being erased in Canvas after sync?

Hello  @jonesj11  and welcome to the Canvas Community! I'm not very familiar with Powerschool, however, I did do some research in reference to syncing from Canvas to Powerschool.

Are you using the legacy PowerTeacher gradebook in Powerschool?
