I have created a graded survey quiz. It has been published and I have asked one student to complete the quiz (classes don't start for another week). I see the quiz, it looks good on my part, but student is unable to answer the questions. She informs me that there is no place for her to put her answers.
I have not set any time limits or due dates. I am just trying to find out what works.
Any assistance that you can provide will be appreciated.
