[ARCHIVED] Google Slides with Embedded Video Error

I inserted a video (created on iPad) on a Google Slide and then embedded the slide into a module page. Sometimes when the students try to play it, they will see this message: Unable to play video. Error: 5. I tried it in student view on my iPad and got the same error code, but then tried it in student view on my laptop and it worked fine. Any ideas as to what is going on and how to fix it?

We are having the same issue at our school.  It has been since the ios update to 14.0.  Any help out there for this?  Thanks
