[ARCHIVED] Google Forms Question

When using a Google form embedded into a content page, is there a way to pass the user_id variable into a field within the form? For example, I'd like for Canvas to auto-fill the User ID field in the image below (outlined in orange) and pass that to the Google spreadsheet recording responses.
