I'm also having this problem. Some additional information: some students are able to access the quiz on their phone but not their iPad. I had one student who tried on her personal device, school issued iPad, and then tried logging into her Canvas account onto an iPad where a student had been able to access the quiz and complete it and it still said "no Preview available"
