We're a 3rd Party provider and have a standalone account created on canvas.instructure.com. We are in need of a Canvas account with full admin rights, so we can create courses with users that have the TA role.

We’re currently blocked on an issue one of our customers reported, where Canvas course TAs are not receiving complementary access to Copia content, as is the case with teachers.

Does have guidance on how we can resolve? Thank you!

Flow we need to follow

@jspielberger  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

As you've noted, Free For Teachers accounts do not have admin capabilities. If your organization would be interested in purchasing a fully-featured Canvas instance that incorporates admin functionality, please click on the Request Info link you'll find on this page: https://www.instructure.com/#launch-request-info

Alternatively, your organization can create a self-hosted instance using Canvas open source for testing purposes. These sites will get you started:
