Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
Our standard email program is Outlook 2016. We've had a few teachers say that conversations sent to their email sometimes (but not always) appear with extra white space on either side. When they first open the conversation in Outlook, the email seems blank. Then if they scroll over to the right, the message appears formatted as expected.
I called Canvas Technical Support but they were unable to help as the messages look normal within Canvas.
Has anyone else seen this issue or have any suggestions on how we might figure out what may be happening? I've attached some screenshots.
