[ARCHIVED] Finding a Lost Video I Made

I made a 20 minute recording of myself.  I clicked SAVE at the end, and the program had me name the video.  But, then it was NOT automatically embedded in my assignments.  What did I do wrong?  Help.  There must be a way for me to retrieve that file.

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

If you were using the built-in Canvas recording tool, you need to make sure that you wait until you see the video on the page before you navigate away from it.  Sometimes this can take several minutes depending on the length of the video.  Unfortunately, if you closed the page before the video appeared the video was not saved and is not retrievable.
