Is there a way for students to view feedback for quiz questions without seeing the question? I would like to provide feedback to be on the general topic rather than the particular question.

This is not possible with either the legacy Quizzes, nor New Quizzes.

What I do is post an announcement on my course home page following each quiz to provide the kind of feedback you are looking for, How do I show recent announcements in the Course Home Page?

I know this isn't what you are looking for, but I hope it is helpful.

You can also suggest this as a feature idea for New Quizzes (Canvas is no longer making changes to the legacy quiz tool)..
