Hello, is there a way to export material from Canvas?  For example, when a quiz or an exercise is created in Canvas, can the text be exported into an Excel document?

You can export a course package or quiz file (QTI). These are both special formats that allow you to import the content into another Canvas course or another LMS such as Blackboard.

If you want a printed copy of quiz in Canvas you can import the export file from Canvas to Respondus. From Respondus you can create a printed test. This page has information at the bottom of the page about printing from Respondus.
