How and when courses show up in Canvas will vary by school. Most schools use an integration between the Student Information System (SIS) and Canvas to manage section shell creation and enrollments automatically.

Regardless, you have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users who are neither Canvas Support nor your school's support, and we are unable to troubleshoot your enrollments. I would suggest contacting Enrollment Services or Canvas Admin/Support at your school for assistance.
