Please help. My Email is associated with my wife's email. How can I end this association of the two emails? I can simply delete or modify her courses and she can do the same for my dashboard courses. I tried a lot to find a way to take out her email out of my account but in vain. She tried to delete my email out of her account but still in vain. I can't change ( ways to log in) found under Organisation log in. Can you help?

Have you followed the steps in this guide? How do I change my default email address in my user account as a student?
if so and you have not got the result you wanted then perhaps reach out to your institutions administration folk and ask that your email be changed in their records.
