[ARCHIVED] End of comments disappear in Canvas Teacher app on iPad

When I make annotations while grading using my Apple Pencil in the Canvas Teacher app on iPad, the annotations initially appear to be recorded correctly. However, when I complete grading, the ends of most of the annotations disappears (so the last few letters or words of my comments are missing). This problem has been going on for years. I have a new iPad and new version of the app, and the problem has not been solved.

Hi @mlehman1 - I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with this. I wish I had an immediate fix to share, but I think the best next step would be to submit a ticket. Your local Canvas Admin can then forward it to Instructure where their engineers can take a closer look and try to replicate what you see when you add comments.
