[ARCHIVED] Embedding external pages within canvas pasg

Hi there, 

I don’t suppose you know how to open up an external link within the current frame when working within Canvas.

I’ve tried using the target="_parent"  to embed a interactive WebGl version of some interactive software I have created at:

https://ncl.instructure.com/courses/27938/pages/interactive

which takes me to: 

"http://www.sportsdata.org.uk/biomechanics/index.html"

However, it keeps opening up a new tab – its not the end of the world but it would be nice to keep the embedded WebGl within the canvas session. 

If that not possible then is there a way of uploading the webgl folders directly to canvas ?
