[ARCHIVED] Embed a google doc that students can access multiple times

How to post google docs like a Reading Journal or a Science Log that students can access daily and work on the same document?

Any help on how to do this correctly would be appreciated as my students keep opening multiple copies and they think they "lose" their work, then have to search their drive,  copy and paste it into one doc to submit. It's making them frustrated,

You can create a GoogleForm to collect the student information, and use a GoogleReport to display the collected info.
