@IvonneKay I apologize that no one has answered your question before now! Canvas does not ask users for their age or date of birth, but perhaps someone at your school has done so. This forum only asks members to confirm that they are 16 years of age or older before they create a new profile. Have you contacted the organization that requested your age to request the correction?
