[ARCHIVED] Displaying with 3 and 4 decimal places

Can anyone know how to force Canvas displaying with exact 3 or 4 decimal places when generating the results? I found a displaying problem in Canvas.  If the correct answer was 1262.000 or 49.5750, Canvas only showed 1262 and 49.575, respectively. Canvas seems to shrink every single answer as short as possible.
