[ARCHIVED] Dear Ivy, when I login to one of my Ivy pages (Picture 1), with my login ID and Password, I am able to login, but when I try to login at another page (Picture 2) with the same details, I am unable to do so. Why is this happening and is there a solution?

Based on your screen shots, I am assuming that the Ivy RI Learning Portal is how you normally log in to Canvas? Unfortunately, I am not sure that many people here in the Canvas Community would be able to help you with your login because we don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your Canvas course(s). I would suggest that you get in touch with your school's local Canvas administrator or your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to get assistance with this...as they would be the best ones to help you get logged in so that you can continue your course work.
