[ARCHIVED] Cut and Paste disabled in quizzes in speedgrader

One of our instructors recently discovered that he cannot cut and paste within Speedgrader for quizzes. We discovered that it is possible in Firefox or Chrome Incognito mode. He was trying to copy from the question or student comments and paste into this comments box.  

We have a workaround, I'm just wondering why this is so. Is it coding specific to Chrome?

If it's working fine when using Incognito mode with Chrome, my guess is that there is a Chrome extension getting in the way.  Have you tried it on a different computer?  

Some extensions will show to the right of the URL bar in Chrome and might have a 1 or some other symbol when active.  

If you see something like that when you are in SpeedGrader and having problems it's a good bet that an Extension is active and might be causing the problem. When you use Incognito mode, it blocks all extensions and that could be why it works.  If you think that might be the case below is a link with some information about how to manage and uninstall Extensions from Google Chrome.

I have suggested that the instructor try this at home as well. We can't control all of out browser settings and I've run into this issue before with LTI access.
