[ARCHIVED] Course Enrollment or Unit Enrollment

hi.. i have a 2 new qualifications which I have to create in Canvas. Both qualifications are same for all core units. That means, students from both qualification will do same core units but different electives. Please suggest the best way to create a course or should i create units by unit and enroll the students? Please explain. Will be helpful if there is any videos for enrollment through units.
