[ARCHIVED] Conferences Not Showing Up on Students' Side

Our school is using the free version of Canvas, and yesterday several teachers had Live Video Conferences set up. But when students logged in, some couldn't see the conference from their side, even after the teacher had started the conference. (All users were sent the invitation.) The students kept refreshing their pages, and sometimes, after 10-15 minutes, the link would show up. But more often than not, the teacher had to end up creating a new conference which was then visible to students and they were able to join. Is this a glitch, or are we doing something wrong?
