[ARCHIVED] Change Global Navigation Background?

Does anyone know how to change the Global Navigation background? I've seen pictures of it with different backgrounds, in the back of training examples for other topics, but is this something we can all do? or just something Instructure people can do to their own accounts?

 @michelle_ciccar ​, all aspects of the global navigation can be customized by a Canvas admin at the account level, as described in How do I create a theme for an account using the Theme Editor?​ The Canvas admin applies custom themes across all accounts and sub-accounts at a particular school. So when you browse around the Community and see different colors (and sometimes different buttons), you're most likely seeing various themes applied by different schools, often in keeping with their official school colors.

Funny story...  The color of our global nav bar has been the default gray for about a year and everyone is used to that.  Just for fun, I turned it green this past St. Patrick's day. You wouldn't believe how many questions support received about things working properly and asking if everything was ok.  Yes, everything is OK, just having a little fun.
