[ARCHIVED] Canvas won't load any courses.

I just recently enrolled to Santa Fe College.  I'm trying to do the new student orientation on canvas and nothing will load at all. I go to courses,  I select the orientation, and when I do that nothing loads on any tab.  I have no idea why it is doing this.  Its very irritating.  Especially since it works on my phone but not my macbook laptop.  Do you have any idea why canvas refuses to work on my laptop.

Hello,  @johnmota5841  Welcome to the Canvas Community! This might be an issue with an incompatible browser. 

First, assuming you're using Safari to access Canvas, please check the version of Safari you're using (by clicking on Safari at the upper left and then About Safari) to ensure that you're using Safari 12 or 13. If you're not, you'll need to update your browser to the latest version (on a Mac, you'll need to update the OS in order to update to the latest version of Safari).

If you're already on the latest version of Safari, clear the cache and cookies in the Safari browser, close and then relaunch the browser.

Last, try switching to a different browser. Canvas works quite well on a Mac through Chrome, and Firefox works well also. Here's a list of supported browsers:  Which browsers does Canvas support?
