Hello. I read in the tutorials I need an account and password to access all the sections in Canvas. Who provides that information  in Broward County?  The free account is limited in terms of the features it provides. Thank you for your help.

Hi Maria,

The good news is that you are accessing Broward's instance of Canvas versus the Free for Teacher, which as you say does not have support for observers.  Unfortunately I do not know who you need to contact at Broward about getting observer access to the students you are working with.  I would recommend that you start at the technology office at your school specifically.
