[ARCHIVED] Canvas Studio Insights Error

When I visit the Insights tab of a video in Canvas Studio, it does not finish loading view history.  When I click on an individual student the message "Error loading viewers" appears.

I've not experienced this with our Studio interface before.  Have you tried reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they'd be able to help investigate this more with you?  How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community
