My students had a conference and I was not there (nor did they know how to invite me after the meeting started). How do I view the recording from the URL they have given me?The URL says:

Error 404

The recording could not be loaded

The recording that you are attempting to access cannot be loaded. This may be a protected recording. If so, use the authenticated recording link from your LMS system.

Contact support if you are still having issues.
