[ARCHIVED] Canvas Conference Recording Not Appearing

I recorded a Canvas Conference using BigBlueButton this morning. The Conference ended at 10:10 AM. I received an email notification from Canvas stating that the recording was ready at 11:09 AM, yet the recording is still not accessible and it is now 9:12 PM. How long should it take for the Conference recording to become available in Canvas? Thanks in advance!
