During assignment submission, there are multiple tabs for different types of files. Is it possible to submit a video recorded through the media file on canvas and also submit a document through the File upload in the same assignment?

Hi Tom,

Students can attach multiple files as part of the assignment submission, but I believe that only one submission type--file upload, media, text, etc.--is allowed per submission.

There was talk at InstructureCon a couple of years ago about including the option to require multiple specific file submissions as part of the enhanced assignment workflow that is being developed, but it doesn't look like that's something that is included yet (per https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Assignment-Enhancements-Users/Canvas-Release-Assignment-Enhanceme...
