[ARCHIVED] Can you restrict a student from downloading an assignment after it has been submitted in canvas?

I am having an issue where students are downloading other students work directing from the canvas submission and then turning it in as their own. Is there a way to restrict a student from downloading a submission once it has submitted or even restricting access to it once it has been submitted other than closing the assignment?
