[ARCHIVED] Can you access assignments from three years ago?

A discrepancy has come up over the work a student said he completed three years ago and what the teacher says he did. This issue needs to be resolved in order for this student to graduate from the class. (It's a religious seminary class.) Is there any way to access his old assignments from three years ago? I wasn't the teacher back then, but I am now.

Hi  @elisehahl  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Teachers come and teachers go, so this is a very common need.

Your School's Canvas Admin can easily provide you with access to the past course for this student for submission/grade verification - we do this all the time for our faculty.
