does anybody know how I can log onto the app? I entered my username and password but after that it says there are not any students matching my account but when I go to the website it says I'm observing my two kids but I can't check their stuff

Which app are you using, Brittany? Are you using the Parent app?

I am having the same problem with the Canvas mobile app. Mobile app has error page: "Not a Parent/ We couldn't find any students associated with this account." Web page says "Students being observed: [my kid's name]." What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Hi! Is the term open yet? There's a possibility that the error displays when that's the case. However, I know there's a fix that will be released soon that will address this issue. Watch the Release Notes and your app stores for details!
