Hey, I can not log in to CANVAS! I have tried to use my login but its keeps saying its wrong. Then I tried send a verification code to reset it multiple times... The email however didn't even send, so I never got the verification code. Please let me know the next step!

Hi, @12215066 . It looks like you have two accounts in two different instances of Canvas. An instance of Canvas is a copy used at a particular organization. I would first make sure you're using the correct credentials for the instance you are trying to access. Another thing to check is your spam folder in your email. Sometimes password reset emails are sent to a spam folder. If none of this works, I would recommend contacting Canvas support, How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
