[ARCHIVED] Can I do a mass import of people from one course to another course?

I have created a courses that are for the same group of people and I want to add them to the course. Currently, I can add them one at a time because they are in one course, but is there a faster way to do it, such as a mass import.

If you export the grade book, you should get a CSV file that contains the Login IDs or usernames for each student.  You can then copy that entire column and then:

1. Click on People
2. Click on the +People button
3. Select the button next to Login ID
4. Enter the username (login id) in the field under Example: lsmith@myschool.edu, mfoster@myschool.edu
5. Select the Role
6. Click Next
7. Click Add Users
