I can't get Badgr to work in our Canvas instance even after following all of their troubleshooting suggestions. I have tried to submit a ticket but have not received any help. We have used Badgr in our instance before but the person that set it up for our district account has since left our district. I'm wondering if that is the issue. I can't seem to find any help getting in contact with Badgr Support. Does anyone have any guidance to offer? I am able to get all the way to the point of selecting an issuer when trying to use Badgr at the course level, but then the error message (505) pops up and I'm stuck. Please help! I'm providing multiple PD training courses and wanted to use badges to show completion of the course but I can't wait much longer to get rolling!

I know you said you had done quite a bit of troubleshooting, but it might help to reinstall.
Yes, I've tried that I really think it has something to do with the previous admin leaving our district but not sure how to fix it or if that is actually the issue. Thank you for your help!
