My Teacher has posted an assignment that is due today called Balancing Life Activity it says to complete the attached document and upload into Canvas but when I go into Canvas I am not seeing the attached document anywhere?

I'm not sure if you realized it or not, but you posted your question to the global Community of all Canvas users. As such, we don't have access or information about class or specific assignments within courses. For this type of question you would want to reach out to your instructor as they could have accidentally forgotten to attach the attachment they were referring to.
