[ARCHIVED] After recording unable to save Announcements?

After recording my video i click the save button still my recorded video window not closing and also not pop up in my Canvas announcements ?

Is it that the video hasn't completed loading yet?  It maybe still be trying to upload to the announcement if the recording video has not closed?

So this 36 minute voice over power point has been "loading" overnight.  Now I get a unable to process message.  Where is my recording and how do I retrieve it??
