As admin, we are logging into Canvas Student App on an iPhone and then acting as a student. When we entered a course ID accidently as a Canvas Student ID we ended up with a student from another college in the Washington State Consortium. We are able to view and rename their documents. And we could see the inbox messages from the student and faculty.
So now we are curious if this is also happening outside of our Washington Consortium. In other words, can I as an Admin on a mobile device see another colleges student information?

If validated and replicable, that seems like a huge issue. I'd recommend opening a support ticket and contacting your CSM for escalation.
