Is it possible to show a title on top a video like this example below. I want "Chicago" to disappear once the video starts to play.

Canvas Studio does not support overlays.

The WebVTT standard probably allows that as part of the caption track, but it shows up small like a regular caption and any formatting specified is ignored. Basically, you have SRT capability even though you can upload a WebVTT file.

If you want Chicago to appear like that, you will need to make it a part of the video itself.
