[ARCHIVED] Accidently Deleted Exam grades

Good Morning - Last night I checked all the grades to make sure everything is really well before the final exam, somehow I clicked the wrong button, then all the exams 1 to 4 with grades are GONE! I was so paniced. I checked the history and still there so how can I restore back to the grade? Please this happens will work.

I think it would be very hard for you to accidently remove four exam columns in the grade book. Are the columns there with no grades?  Or are the entire columns missing? If the column is missing,  I would check your view settings to make sure you haven't hidden an assignment group or module, or maybe applied some other sort of viewing filter.  Like this, for example.

If you did delete all of those grades, the only way I know to re-enter them would be to manually do so.  I suggest opening two Web Browser windows so you can view the grade history, then re-enter them in the current gradebook.

Hello. There is no columns with no grades.. All are completed gone. Where can I find web browsers ? 

I am not good with techniques.

Hi Gary, 

If the columns are gone, I really think they have been removed from your view, but are actually still there.  Did you check out the guide on how to filter columns?  I suspect the columns have been filtered out of your view, but are still there.  

Also, check to make sure the exams are still published.

Every thing is really good and the grades are great..  I have to be more careful with my fingers on the keyboard.. 🙂
