I have a student who received the error message, "AAC/ASAM has been disabled. Press the home button to exit the app."
She is using iPad, in the LockDown app. What is the cause of this error message and how can it be resolved?

This very specific error is most likely being generated by the Lockdown Browser configuration, so please reach out to your local Canvas admin for direct intervention; it most likely will require someone to be able to inspect the student's environment directly, and might require an additional request for assistance from Respondus.
