Is there an RFC process for improvements to API?

Hello there, @pmizilin ...

I'm not familiar with "RFC", but doing a quick search of Google told me that it might mean "Request For Comments".  Does that align with your use of "RFC"?  If so, there is a way to submit feature ideas here in the Community.  The easiest way to do that is to click on the PRODUCT menu at the top of any page here in the Community, and then click on IDEA CONVERSATIONS.  Then, you'll find a "Suggest an idea" button where you can start your Feature Idea for people to comment on and evaluate (using a star rating system).  Here are some other resources that might be of help to you:
