As previously communicated, the phased sunset of legacy Canvas Credentials LTI is underway. For those still utilizing the legacy LTI 1.1, we encourage you to refer to our comprehensive upgrade guide for a seamless transition process. Upgrading ensures optimized user experiences, improved performance, and uninterrupted support for your credentialing journey.

This change specifically affects the usage of the legacy LTI 1.1. Free users can rest assured that they can still leverage the product on the new UI without any disruption. Automatic Upgrades for Inactive Customers:
We're pleased to announce that all inactive customers (who haven't utilized the legacy LTI 1.1 in the past 6 months) will be automatically upgraded to the new version by the end of April. Upgrade Process for Active Customers:
For our active customers, you have the opportunity to upgrade yourselves before we initiate automatic upgrades at the end of Q2.
