Images Broken When Converting New Quizzes to Mastery Connect

When our teachers convert a New Quiz to a Mastery Connect, some of the images do not come through. A "broken" image icon appears instead. All of the images are .png images and were all uploaded in the same way.
Example: One of our teachers attempted to convert three New Quizzes to Mastery Connect. Two of the quizzes converted just fine and the images came through. The third quiz did not have any images.
We are frustrated because the Item Bank in New Quizzes does not work for our district (no images appear for students). We thought this might be a work-around for us, but we're still having issues with the images.
