Description
When trying to add MathType LTI content to New quizzes via the RCE it throws a Refused to connect error after entering the equation.
Expected Behavior
MathType LTI should work in New quizzes.
Workaround
No workaround exists at this time.
Steps to Reproduce
Prerequisite: Have a course with the MathType LTI enabled.

Create a New Quiz.

Add a question.

In the RCE select the MathType LTI.

Enter an equation and click on OK to add the equation to the editor.

Observe the Refused to connect message in the modal.
