Elevate K-12 Analytics Release Notes (2023-02-15)

In this Elevate K-12 Analytics release (February 15), a Student ID search is added to the Search for Student page. Additionally, admins can view error types related to failed logins. A daily attendance rate improvement and an email notification update are also included.

Student ID Search

A Student ID search is added to the Search for Student page. This update allows users to easily filter for a specific student by entering a unique student ID. 

Failed Login Data

In the Activity section, admins can view error types related to failed logins. This update allows admins to easily understand reasons for failed login attempts to provide local support as needed.

Daily Attendance Rate Improvement

The daily attendance rate ignores all metrics from the current day to improve accuracy.

Email Notifications

Elevate K-12 Analytics email notifications are delivered from an instructure.com domain. 

 Fixed Bugs

 

• Integrated filters refresh automatically and the options under the integrated filter are correct when users click on any dashboard. Previously, the integrated filters did not refresh to display the correct filters on the dashboard
• Manually-created Metric KPIs can be edited and saved correctly. Previously, the save button would disable without sending the request.
• The Select all from this page filtering option selects all options. Previously, when the Select all from this page filtering option was selected, all options were not selected. 
• Admins can scroll to the bottom of data tables using a mouse. Previously, admins could only scroll to the bottom of data tables using keyboard controls. 
• Users within manually-created roles can create Visual Indicators (Organization and Personal). Previously, users with manually-created roles could not view Visual Indicators.
