Credentials - How to update the footer of the platform?

The footer of the Credentials platform, as viewed through directly logging into the platform or through accessing it via an external tool link in a Canvas classroom, includes the following line of text, "Provided by [institution]" where [institution] seems to be driven by what the organization space was labeled. My institution recently restructured our Credential platform so that what used to be the main organization and only issuer is now only one issuer of several, with the organization being updated to be more general.
However, even though we have edited the organization settings to change the name, description, and website, the text in the footer is still reflecting the previous organization name. How can this "Provided by" footer text be updated?
